  • Lightfast Auxiliary fat liquor
  • Suitable to increase smoothness and tear strength in all types of leathers
  • Effective natural fat distributor and soaking agent
  • Prevents the appearance of yellowish spots on the ribs section

  • When diluted in warm water LISULINE ES provides an anionic emulsion of high affinity with the leather at acidic pH.
  • LISULINE ES can be added during pickling after the addition of the salt or in the tanning process, during or just after the chrome tanning in the percentages of 0.5 to 1.0 on pelt weight. Here it improves the distribution of natural fat as well as chrome thereby avoiding the formation of non soluble soaps.
  • In the wet blue soaking stage, 0.5 - 1.0 per cent speeds up the process and makes the leather more suitable for the pre-acid washes of rechroming.
  • During main fat liquoring, a 10 per cent of the main fat liquoring sum improves the stability of the nutrient blending, increases inner fiber lubrication and traction resistance.
  • When used as a dyeing auxiliary agent (nearly 1%), LISULINE ES gives a better distribution of anionic dyestuff achieving uniform brilliant dyeing effect.
  • When used as a soaking agent for the second bath (about 2-3% on dry crust weight), LISULINE ES improves resoaking, dyeing and traction resistance.
